Centro Callan is a brand new 196-unit apartment community located in downtown San Leandro, CA. Apartment layouts will include studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom homes. The community will have a host of indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as a Sprouts Farmers Market grocery store, Union Bank and many other retail store fronts. Construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed in 2024.

Our Name
The name, Centro Callan, celebrates the beautiful intersection of different cultures and people in San Leandro, past and present. Our story welcomes people to make a home in the center of the exciting, deeply-rooted city of San Leandro. In choosing our community’s name, we drew inspiration from the Portuguese roots of San Leandro’s first female mayor and the building’s convenient and “central” location on Callan Avenue.
